Forgot your password?

Open Sign in, choose Forgot password?, and enter your account email. Check your inbox and spam folder. Reset links expire in 30 minutes and work once. Request a fresh link if yours has expired.

Reading and downloads

Open a book and choose Read this book to start reading. Available download formats vary by title. Your account library and community features need an internet connection. If a book or download fails, include its title and the page address when you contact support.

Account and community

Manage your account in Profile. Use the report and block controls to report harmful community content or unwanted contact. See our Community Guidelines for expectations.

Delete your account

You can delete your own account in Profile by confirming your password. Read the account deletion instructions for details.

Do not send passwords, reset links, or private dates of birth by email.
