Child Safety Standards

Public Pages prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in every part of the service, including profiles, messages, groups, book uploads and calls. The service is intended for users aged 16 and over.

Zero tolerance for exploitation

Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, solicitation of sexual content from minors, trafficking and any facilitation of child sexual exploitation are forbidden. This includes links, descriptions, attempts to arrange off-platform exploitation and evasion of safety restrictions.

Reporting a concern

Use the in-app Report option on the relevant reader or message. Child-safety concerns may also be sent directly to our designated safety contact at jeremy@redwoodrock.org. Include the username and a description of the concern. Do not download, attach or redistribute child sexual abuse material. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Our response

We review safety reports, remove prohibited content and restrict or terminate offending accounts. When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we will report it to the appropriate child-protection authority or reporting organization as required by applicable law and cooperate with valid legal requests.
